Private Events FAQ
At Pickleplex we want you to feel at home – from the very moment you step in the door. So there are absolutely no silly or awkward questions to ask. We have a few frequently asked questions here – to help you know more about what to expect.
Do I need a membership to book a Party or Event?
No, you do not need a membership to book a private event. Pickleplex private event packages are designed for groups and can be booked directly at your local Pickleplex.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to get the date and time you want, especially for larger groups or busy weekends.
Do guests need to know how to play?
No. Private events are beginner-friendly, and each package includes a coaching session to help guests learn the basics and get comfortable on court.
Can we bring our own food and/or alcoholic drinks?
Food, catering, and alcoholic drink tickets can be added to your event.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your event, please contact your club as soon as possible.
Can we bring our own custom themed decorations?
Yes. Since event packages include access to event rooms or event space, themed decorations are allowed depending on the location and setup. Please confirm with your local Pickleplex.
