What are your locations?
Pickleplex has multiple locations across Canada—and we’re growing fast! More clubs are opening soon. There’s a Pickleplex near you, or there will be soon!

I'm only a single player - is that ok?
Absolutely—and you’ll be in great company.
Yes, many of our programs, open play sessions, and leagues are designed specifically for individual players. You don’t need to bring a partner—we’ll group you with other players, making it easy to meet people, have fun, and enjoy the social side of pickleball.
At Pickleplex, it’s just as much about the connections you make on and off the court as it is about the game itself.
What are player skill ratings?
Skill ratings help match players with others of similar ability so everyone can enjoy fair, fun, and competitive games. They range from beginner to advanced and are used for things like leagues, clinics, and skill-based open play.

Do you have washrooms, lockes and change rooms?
Yes! Pickleplex locations all have washrooms and change rooms. Most locations also include showers. Lockers vary by location.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Pickleplex offers a selection of snacks and drinks for purchase at most locations, with many clubs also holding a liquor license for those looking to enjoy an adult beverage after play. We encourage players to bring reusable water bottles and take advantage of our convenient filtered water filling stations throughout the facility. It’s all part of creating a comfortable, welcoming space where you can stay refreshed on and off the court.
What are the age restrictions?
Pickleplex offers programs for both adults and youth, making it a great place for players of all ages to get involved, learn, and have fun. The minimum age for general play can vary depending on the location and specific time slots, so we always recommend checking the schedule or asking our team.
Pickleball Equipment
What Should I Wear?
There isn’t a strict dress code for pickleball, but most players wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for easy movement.
Lightweight tops, shorts, or leggings are all great choices, along with proper court or indoor court shoes that provide good grip and support. The key is to dress for comfort, mobility, and safety so you can move freely and enjoy the game. Please ensure shoes are used for indoor play only and kept clean in order to maintain safe and clean courts!
I don't own a paddle/ball - how do I get one?
Pickleball paddles are available to rent at the facility, making it easy for beginners and league players to get started without needing their own equipment. Balls are provided for scheduled programming.
Can I buy other equipment from Pickleplex?
We offer paddles and equipment at a variety of price points to suit every budget and level of experience. Whether you’re a beginner just getting started, a casual player looking to upgrade, or an advanced player seeking high-performance gear, there’s something for everyone. Our Pro Shops are open to the public!
What do you recommend for footwear?
Court shoes or non-marking athletic shoes with good grip and lateral support are recommended.
Can I get a discount on gear in the pro shop?
Membership comes with great perks, and one of them is exclusive savings at our Pro Shop! Members receive a discount on equipment and gear, with the exact discount varying depending on membership type.
Memberships
Do I need a membership to play at Pickleplex?
Pickleplex memberships offer the best value and come with great perks like savings, exclusive benefits, and extended booking windows. However, you don’t need a membership to enjoy the game—you can still join programs, rent courts, or book lessons, clinics and leagues as a non-member. We’re here to keep pickleball accessible for everyone.
What are your membership tiers and prices?
Pickleplex offers multiple membership tiers with different benefits and pricing, designed to fit every type of player. Whether you’re just starting out, playing casually, or competing regularly, there’s a membership that matches your skill, commitment, and goals. Membership pricing varies by location.
Is there a free membership?
Free Hourly Play Members have access to view the schedule and book court time, making it easy to stay connected and get on court when it works for you. While it does not include member discounts or additional perks, it’s a great option for players who want simple, pay-as-you-play access to Pickleplex clubs.
Is there a cancellation policy for memberships?
Yes, memberships are subject to cancellation terms. (Confirm notice period and any fees with your facility’s Pickleplex team.)
Booking & CourtReserve
How do I book court time at Pickleplex?
Create your free CourtReserve account to check out your location’s schedule, join programming or book private court rentals. Your CourtReserve account is also your login for the Pickleplex app. We highly recommend the Pickleplex app for the best user experience!
Do I need to download the Pickleplex app?
We recommend downloading the Pickleplex app for the best user experience. Available for both Apple and Android products. The Picklelex app allows you to easily navigate between different locations if you are playing at multiple clubs.
I’m having trouble logging in, what can I do?
Please follow the password reset instructions provided by CourtReserve. Still having trouble? Please contact your club or speak with the front desk staff, and they will be happy to help!
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Bookings can typically be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation window and fee vary by location. Please confirm with your club for exact cancellation details.
How do I add more players to a court booking?
You can add players during the booking process or update your reservation online.
Is my information secure?
Yes, Pickleplex uses secure systems to protect your personal and payment information.
