Andrew Ratcliff
Co-Owner & General Manager
When Andrew and Kerry started talking about opening a pickleball club, it wasn’t just about building courts. It was about creating a place where people would want to spend their time. A place where great experiences, strong relationships, and a sense of community come together every day.
A longtime Kawartha Lakes resident, Andrew has been passionate about racquet sports since he first picked up a squash racquet at the age of 10. After years of competitive squash, he recently discovered pickleball and quickly fell in love with the game and the welcoming community that surrounds it.
With a background in finance and operations, Andrew brings a thoughtful, behind-the-scenes approach to Pickleplex, making sure the club runs smoothly while never losing sight of the people who make it special. From planning new programs to finding ways to improve the member experience, he’s always looking for opportunities to make the club even better.
As an NCCP Level 1 Certified Pickleball Coach, Andrew is excited to introduce new players to the sport and help grow the game throughout the Peterborough region. His goal is to ensure every member, guest, and visitor feels like they’re in the right place from their very first visit and becomes part of the Pickleplex family.
Kerry Reynolds
Co-Owner & General Manager
Kerry didn’t set out to open a pickleball club. Like so many people, she picked up a paddle, fell in love with the game, and quickly discovered that the friendships, the laughter, the healthy competition, and the incredible sense of community kept bringing her back to the courts.
After years of building brands and creating customer experiences for companies across North America, she wanted to create something closer to home. A place where people could stay active, meet new friends, challenge themselves, and simply enjoy being together.
Today, Kerry spends her time helping shape every part of the member experience, from the first hello at the front desk to communications, events, and everything in between. Her goal is to make Pickleplex feel like a place where everyone is welcome, whether they’re trying pickleball for the first time or have been playing for years.
