Kaitlyn Poncelet

Head Coach

NCCP Level 3 Certified Pickleball Coach, 5.0 Player, and Head Pro at Pickleplex Aurora. Kaitlyn coaches players of all levels using a learner centered, tactics-first approach to holistically develop the player effectively and efficiently. She also trains and certifies coaches across Canada as an NCCP Course Facilitator and Coach Evaluator while competing at the Pro level.

Andy NG

Coach

NCCP Level 2 Certified Pickleball Coach with over 15 years of combined tennis and pickleball coaching experience. Andy specializes in technical development, tactical awareness, and specialty skills clinics, helping recreational and competitive players improve through effective instruction, growth, and sportsmanship.

Simon Mak

Coach

NCCP Level 2 Certified Pickleball Instructor who specializes in skill development, strategy, and confidence building. Simon coaches players of all ages and levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, using structured drills, tactical instruction, and an engaging approach to help players improve and enjoy the game.

Michael Shiravand

Coach

NCCP Level 1 Certified Pickleball Instructor and Club Referee with over two years of coaching experience. Michael works with players of all levels and is especially passionate about helping older adults and seniors build skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game in a safe, supportive environment.

Steven Liang

Coach

NCCP Level 1 Certified Pickleball Instructor specializing in stroke mechanics, technique correction, and efficient power generation. Steven focuses on injury prevention, footwork, and movement skills to improve balance, speed, and consistency, delivering practical, structured lessons tailored to each player’s goals and skill level.
